CA Remover Line
Stronger crops with the right pH for irrigation water
Often groundwater is rich in bicarbonates that can compromise the good growth of crops and can damage irrigation system.
For this reason Spagnol has created Ca-Remover Line whose task is to neutralize the bicarbonates present in the irrigation waters by lowering its pH.
Its use is very simple: in the autonomous version, all you have to do is set the desired pH value directly in the Ca-Remover Line and the acidity of the water flowing through it will be regulated to the value of pH desired; on the other hand, Ca-Remover Line S-Bus version, the pH can be set in our fertigation units or in all our controllers. In this last case and if you have subscribed to the Vision service, the value of the pH can be set and viewed also through smartphone, tablet and PC.
The installation of the Ca-Remover Line is also very simple since it can be inserted in any point of the irrigation system and it will automatically activate itself when water circulates.
Ca-Remover Line is also equipped with alarms against over dosage or lack of acid, to protect your system and your crops. It must be powered with a 230V single-phase electric voltage and is produced in 2 sizes: DN50 for flow rates up to 20 m3/h and DN80 for flow rates up to 40 m3/h. For both versions the maximum pressure allowed is 5 Bar (other pressures on request)
